3 Cloves Garlic
1 (1-inch) piece Ginger, fresh
15 Prunes
1 Red onion
1 Sweet potato, large
2 cups Tomatoes

1 cup Chicken broth

Baking & Spices

1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1 tsp Paprika

Nuts & Seeds

1/2 cup Cashews, roasted unsalted
1 tbsp Cumin, ground

Eat Good 4 Life » Moroccan Chicken - We made this for dinner the other night. It was very good but took much longer to cook through than the 20+ minutes recommended in the recipe. The couscous recommended (recipe also in blog entry) as a side was a very good accompaniment.

    This made a bigger batch than we could eat in one sitting. I enjoyed leftover meals but they were not favored by the rest of the bunch. And after attempting to add new to our cuisine, I still don't like eggplant and would leave that out next time.

Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken this was delicious! And made my house smell wonderful. I used organic chicken with Montreal steak seasoning 4 lemons and three heads of garlic. I used 2 large sprigs of rosemary.but i think i might add even more next time.i am a garlic lover so the cook garlic was soooo good def will make a again yummy light and healthy :)
