    Zucchini Crisps ~ 2 med Zucchini,1 T Olive Oil, *1/4 c grated Parmesan, *1/4 c plain dry Bread Crumbs, *Salt & Pepper. Oven 450. Spray sheet. Slice zucchini into 1/4" thick rounds, toss w/oil. Mix *. Dip each round into mix, coat evenly on both sides, place in single layer. Bake rounds until browned & crisp, 25-30 min.
