Integrate a Patio with the Landscape- A paved or bricked patio space that ends abruptly will feel out of place with a larger landscape around it. A better solution is to use materials to gradually transition -- and reinforce a connection -- between the two. Here, irregularly shaped pavers provide a pathway from patio to lawn, and mulch and containers segue neatly into planted areas.
We wrap up our #pintour with a look at the gorgeous back patio. Perfect for entertaining, the patio is a natural extension of the great room, dining room, and kitchen, providing a casual place to lounge, dine and enjoy New England summers. #HGTVDreamHome
ikea decking squares, for using in the bathroom with rocks under and around the clawfoot. They would also work great in my kitchen over the ugly ceramic tile, buy as I can afford and cover the whole thing all the way into the dining/family room.
