Derby Pie bars This ones for all you DERBY PIE lovers: Use the brownie pan. I followed the following recipe, but HALVED it. Made the shortbread bottom in the Manual Food Processor, and then mixed up the batter and poured it over the pre baked crusts. You will need to keep an eye on the time according to your oven...they were delish! (i did about 8 min for crust and 10+ for batter.
