3 Nectarines [or peaches
1 cup Sweet cherries, pitted and cut in half


2 tbsp Lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1 1/4 cup All purpose flour
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup Cornmeal, coarse
1 tbsp Cornstarch
3/8 scant tsp Salt
2 tbsp Sugar
1/3 cup Sugar, raw


1/3 cup Ice water


8 tbsp Butter
