Turkey Kofta Curry- Delicious and easy make! Turkey meatballs in curry sauce. I baked my meatballs instead, while I made the sauce, then added them when cooked. I didn't have fenugreek, so I just did it without. I'll make that way later. I, also, added lite coconut milk instead of water to thicken it up

Saucy Asian Turkey Meatballs

Combine oil, onion, salt, garlic, basil, marjoram, thyme, rosemary, and pepper in heavy plastic bag. Add roast and shake it up a bit. Marinate in refrigerator at least two hours or (preferably) overnight. Preheat oven to 425ºF (220ºC). Line a large roasting pan with aluminum foil.
