Old Barn near Fruita, Utah (Capital Reef National Park), We loved our trip there..also town of Torrey Utah down the road

Yellow Barn by Pure Michigan, via Flickr

Old barns built by people of German heritage (such as the Amish) usually had a "ramp" made out of earth, going to the main door. Barns by people of Scandanavian heritage were often completely stone, with no ramps. Neat!

Grandpa used one of these barns on some rental ground west of the homestead. Illinois

This reminds me of Dorothy. Feels like there should be a tornado in the background and a girl in a blue checkered dress with her dog in the foreground.

❤ The old barn ain't quite as red as it used to be...REMINDS ME OF MY AUNTS COB SHED.

We used to have a huge aluminum foil and wood star from my sister's prom in the eave of our first barn...that was until lightening struck it and burned it to the ground in 1961!!!!! All sizes | barn | Flickr - Photo Sharing!
