Garlic Rubbed Roasted Cabbage Steaks Recipe ♦ 2lb head cabbage, 1" slices • 1½ Tbs olive oil • 2-3 large garlic cloves, smashed • salt • black pepper • olive oil spray OR non-stick cooking spray ♦ 400º ♦ spray pan, rub both sides w/ garlic, spread olive oil both sides, sprinkle salt n pepper both sides ♦ 30 min each side until lightly brown and crispy. Serves 1 1 slightly under-ripened banana, sliced 1 tablespoon honey Cinnamon Olive oil Lightly drizzle olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Arrange banana slices in pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. Meanwhile, whisk together honey and 1 tablespoon of water. Remove pan from heat and pour honey mixture over banana. Allow to cool and sprinkle with cinnamon.
