Home Depot stocks 6′ long pre-cut boards for about $5.50 a piece. It took six boards that she stained then screwed them to the wall using a course drywall screw.

My dad must have some wood around that can be used to make a headboard like this...we already have the deer head!

Nice headboard shape, repeated curves in the nailhead pattern on the bench, more dots on the floor. The side tables look like thrift shop finds, and maybe they should have waited to photograph the room until after they had found artwork.
