Sausage Breakfast Rolls from Food.com: This is a must have for breakfast. I made this one sunday morning and my husband loved it so much he asks for it every sunday. If you make the rolls with a lot of the mixture only one package of cresent rolls is needed. If you make the rolls with a smaller amount there may be enough for 2 packages of cresents. You can also use biscuit rolls if you like.
Sausage Breakfast Casserole, uses crescent rolls. This is my FAVORITE breakfast casserole recipe! I typically use all cheddar cheese and on occasion I've substituted 1/2 lb. cooked crumbled bacon for the sausage, and it tastes great too. I want to try a meatless version, all Jack cheese with sliced sautéed mushrooms would be yummy I think.
