Crock Pot French Onion Soup ****Made this, it's really good! Alterations I'd make next time: caramelize the onions on the stove and then add them to the crock pot. Caramelizing them in the crock pot took too long. I'd also add 1 can of beef consume to the broth. It was delicious and eaten very quickly in my house! Pizza In a Crock Pot. We had this tonight and it was delish. I used an entire box of pasta rather than just 3 cups. Also used a cup less of cheese and there was still plenty on there. It was good!
5-Star*****Carnitas..this smells unbelievable in the CROCKPOT. It is So delicious..read directions carefully-uses a 4-5lb. pork shoulder or butt, but once you shred it and remove most of the fat, it's enough for a meal with leftovers, even better the next day! My daughter asks for this...and brings friends!
Hobo meatball stew in the crock pot - I made this tonight, subbed ground turkey for ground beef, added 1 can of tomato puree since all the reviews said it needed more liquid, added garlic too. It is delicious and hearty. I will def be making it again before the winter is over.
Crock pot dinner. Easy peasy. Might i add, this was delicious and so easy, though I never like the house smelling like broccoli. I made a huge batch and it freezes really well. We have had it twice and still have another meal in the freezer! Definitely worth trying.
