      Chukar Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar. This recipe is my adaption from a chicken dish I found on I minced the garlic, added ½ onion - diced, and then when finishing, I added 2 tablespoons ½ & ½ cream to smooth out the sauce. Served it over whole wheat pasta. It's a keeper and can be used for any upland game bird, chicken, even a fish like halibut.
