Pumpkin Pie Spice Thaw Cool Whip in refrigerator for 4 hours. Once Cool Whip has thawed, mix together Pumpkin, Pumpkin Pie Spice, Cool Whip, and 2 boxes of dry Vanilla Pudding Mix. Serve with Graham Crackers or Nilla Wafers.
