Spanikopita Chicken Meatballs - Finally made this! Added a bell pepper to the onion, and I think I would try a little more grill spice next time. Lined them up in a pita for homemade gyros, and used the tzatziki recipe from skinnytaste!

cherry coke & jalapeno glazed meatballs -- If you not take the seeds out, they will be super spicy, but so yummy. Also, if made it in the crock pot -- cooked the glaze the same, but put the meatballs in raw.
