Crunchy Chicken Salad INGREDIENTS 3 tablespoons butter or margarine 1 package (3 ounces) Oriental-flavor ramen noodle soup mix 2 tablespoons sesame seed 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup white vinegar 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon pepper 2 cups cut-up cooked chicken 1/2 cup dry-roasted peanuts 4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup) 1 bag (16 ounces) coleslaw mix
Pecan Chicken*1 cup Bisquick 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans, 1 tsp paprika,1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp Creole seasoning,2 lbs chicken tenders,1/2 cup buttermilk,1/4 cup unsalted butter melted.Preheat 350. Combine first 5 ingredients,stir well.Dip chicken in buttermilk, roll in pecan mixture. Place chicken on ungreased pan. Drizzle butter over chicken. Bake 18-20 minutes til done. Preheat oven to 350.
