Near Slippery Rock, we have another site with spirits... Deadman's Bridge. You can find the haunted bridge by heading east on St. John's Road near Slippery Rock's Old Stone House. Rumor has it that if you stop on the bridge, you will see car headlights and hear screams from a husband and wife killed in a tragic accident.

At Slippery Rock University, the spirit of Emma Guffey Miller is said to haunt both Miller Auditorium (which was named after her) and North Hall, an all-female dormitory. She has supposedly been spotted walking around and strange noises have been reported.

McConnell's Mill State Park, Slippery Rock, PA. We have visited here many times in our life. Working grist mill and covered bridge and many walking trails. But be careful in Slippery Rock Creek, very, oh you know, slippery and treacherous.
