Crock pot mashed potatoes...this has to go better than last time I tried to make them the normal way
French Dip 1beef roast 4.5Cwater 1/2C soy sauce 3 beef bullion cubes 1 bayleaf 1 tsp. dried thyme 1tsp garlic pwdr 1pkg. au jus mix (dry) roast in slow cooker. season roast with s combine other ingredients and pour overtop. cook 8hrs shred meat. serve on split rolls with swiss cheese. pour au jus in small bowl dip and enjoy.
