In order to bake the potatoes better and faster, cut them into thin strips and boil them for 15 minutes. When they become soft, place them in a baking pan greased with olive oil, season them with pepper, basil and sea salt and sprinkle 3 tablespoons of bread crumbs over them. Bake at 300 degrees. Serve with pork fillet in beer and pepper dip and fresh lettuce.
