Pumpkin Yogurt - Ours turned out much more runny. We also omitted the honey since we used vanilla yogurt. I think if we we have used Greek yogurt, that would have helped thicken it up some. Yummy with graham crackers and we think it would be great with animal crackers, ginger snaps or shortbread. Also planning to pour some into our popsicle molds for some pumpkin yogurt pops.
Pumpkin Frozen yogurt: 1 Cup Greek yogurt, 1 cup pumpkin puree, 1 T. Sugar, 1 t. pumpkin pie spice.
Fall breakfast idea: Low-fat vanilla yogurt (½ cup) with 2 tablespoons canned pumpkin plus a pinch of pumpkin pie spice.
