Believe it or not, my mother wore dresses like this. In fact, after she died I found in one of her closets a burgundy velvet coat with flared skirt and empire waistline with gold satin lining and gold buttons. VERY Jackie O./Camelot. Just need to get back into a size 6 to wear it. HA. But where to wear?!
