It's hard to balance school, extra curriculars, friends and family time, but don't forget that sleep is important too!

I'd add some GABA, Melatonin or Magnesium supplements, nightly soothing herbal tea, block out shades for complete darkness, and honoring getting up and being creative if that is what your body is feeling!!! xoxo
