DIY Easter Eggs...using balloons, string or embroidery floss & liquid starch...instructions included.

(Used this mostly as inspiration for Ellie's 1st birthday banner.) Didn't use paint-chips. (Seriously people, that's basically stealing.) Cut hearts with Cricut (about 2.5"). Cut "Happy Birthday" w/ Cricut (1.5"). Glued letters to hearts, punched holes in the tops and strung coordinating ribbon through to hang. Took two hours, off and on.
