Chicken Piccata Recipe | Cooking Light - these were only ok - we couldn't fit all the chicken in the pan so we cooked in 2 batches, so I think the sauce tasted slightly burnt due to that - would like to try again and only cook 1 batch to see if it's better. The chicken without the sauce was really good and has potential to be used with other seasonings/sauces too!
