one footed back bend on a boxx! this looks like film, for some reason. it isnt. yeah, my foot is really awkward haha :P so i hate how i do my work when i have no time, but when i have a whole day (today) to do stuff i dont do it. :/
King Of The Dance Pose. Still working on that 2nd shoulder flexibility so for now just Dancer Pose w/ full extension (meaning only one arm grasping, but vertical split. Also called Standing Bow Pulling)
When I first started yoga I was focused on relaxing and becoming more flexible. I have improved on those things but I've also learned how helpful yoga can be in all parts of my life. Try something new, get out of your comfort zone, and don't focus on the stereotype that yoga is only for flexible people.
