Bang Bang Shrimp --Just made this for dinner tonight and yum..it was so good.  A little more work to prepare them, but they are delicious.  I would suggest making this on a day when you aren't working or have anything planned.  Made it today & was a perfect Sunday meal b/c it took a good 2 hours to prepare and cook.

Fancy - Balsamic vinegar and whiskey steak marinade:  Marinade: 1 part Balsamic Vinegar  1 part Whiskey...  Fill a 1 - 1/2 oz shot glass with 1 part vinegar to 1 part whiskey. This will be enough marinade for two steaks..  Marinate your steaks for 30 min to an hour and grill!    Bon Appetit!

Mushroom Risotto.... I found the amount of chicken broth wasn't enough... Ended up using 3/4 of a cup rice and 3 cups of warmed chicken broth! Also only used the dried mushrooms to flavour the liquid as I felt they didn't rehydrate enough for my liking!

Roasted Mushroom Medley  Ingredients: 2 lbs mushrooms, 2 Garlic Cloves, 1/2 Cup Olive Oil Salt & Pepper, 1 tsp fresh Rosemary, 1tsp 1 fresh Sage, 1/4 Cup fresh Parsley, 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar.  Directions:  Slice the mushrooms into pieces. Mix the olive oil with the garlic, herbs and seasonings. Add the mushrooms and mix well.  Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes at 350F.  Remove from the heat, and drizzle with the balsamic.
