Spray leftover guacamole with cooking spray before putting it back in the fridge. Oil keeps avocados green longer. (Click link for more tips on making groceries last longer)

Spray the top of guacamole with cooking spray and place in fridge. Next day it will still be green. If this really works, it would be awesome! Wonder if it would also work with half of an avocado?

My one good thing is how to save leftover guacamole without it turning brown. All you do is place the guac in the container and spray the top of guacamole with non stick cooking spray and place in the refrigerator. The next day the guacamole will still be green. (I hope it works with spray Olive Oil, too. Trying it!)
