Great trick for teaching children how to remember the positioning for lower case b and d

This is probably a poster for children, buuuuut I feel like a lot of adults need a little reminder of this. Also, I'd like to add an asterisk to the "Talk about how you feel..." and it'll say, "to fucking people. Not to Facebook and not passive aggressively."

It's important to identify the WHY of anger and that often can be found in the emotion that is behind anger. Once you can identify why you're angry, it is easier to understand and control it.

Anger Map- a fun tool to get to know a kid's triggers and what helps them calm down!

Anger journal page ~ help kids develop a plan BEFORE they need it. Being mentally prepared to adjust your own behavior is much better than practicing denial that it will ever happen.

I used this many times yesterday and every kids loved it.....I made another copy and include various other feelings that I listed at the bottom of the page and left a blank where the word anger was. I let the kid pick the emotions.

Genius idea for positive parenting-a way to teach children all emotions are OK--and how to cope with them!

Where has this been all my life?!?!? #2 may finally be able to "get" the difference between the 2 letters!

I'm not sure why I still have to say this. Maybe a poster & cute saying will help them remember.
