    No-bake granola bars by laurenslatest Honey, butter, brown sugar, vanilla, oats and rice cereal. I used rolled oats (blending half to make tinier pieces). Made sure to heat 'caramel' mixture to 245 degrees. Kids and hubby LOVED them! Great school lunch or snack idea.

    No bake choc chip granola bars. Uses oatmeal and rice krispies. Looks pretty easy and my kids inhale granola bars. 1/12 Yummy and easy. As is will make an 8x8, double for a 9x13. Cook butter mixture an extra minute so it's sure to set. Could add lots of other stuff for varieties. Make with gluten free oats :)

    2/3 c Honey, 2/3 c Peanut Butter, 1 c GF All Purpose Baking Flour, 2-2/3 c GF Rolled Oats, 2 tsp Cinnamon, 1/3 c Flaxseed Meal, 3/4 c Raisins, 3/4 c Chocolate Chips. Bake at 350 for 20-25min. They freeze well.
