Spectacular technical skill displayed here. Great bokeh and rich colors. too many would make the mistake of photographing from the light side when exposing for the shadows gives the wings such beautiful highlights. Beautiful birds on the wing feasting on red berries!

Quetza~ Bird: only Montezuma could wear it's beautiful feathers. It would be a death sentence for anyone else to catch and kill this bird.

Male Western Striped Manakin (Machaeropterus striolatus). The Western Striped Manakin is a small species of bird in the Pipridae family. It is found in forests in western Brazil, northeastern Peru, eastern Ecuador, Colombia, and western and southern Venezuela.

The Streak-backed Oriole (Icterus pustulatus) is a medium-sized species of passerine bird from the icterid family (the same family as many blackbirds, meadowlarks, cowbirds, grackles, and others, including the New World orioles). It is native to Central America and Mexico and is an occasional visitor to the United States.
