this is the recipe my Grandma used to make her ... Lemon Cake (mine looks darker) I use softened butter instead of oil, sometimes. I only use Duncan Hines YELLOW cake mix... and I make sure my pan is WELL buttered and floured!
Two Ingredient Lemon Cake ~ ( she says 2 but there are really 3) thats ok, its still easy peasy and looks yummy. Lemon pie filling, dry Angel food cake mix and optional lemon zest and a topping of powdered sugar.
