    "One 57" is a 90-story condominium tower at 157 West 57th Street, across from Carnegie Hall, slated to be the tallest residential building in new York with spectacular views of Central Park. One 57 will be ready for occupancy between the end of 2013 and early 2014. Designed by French architect, urbanist and Pritzer Prize winner Christian de Portzamparc. Climbing 1,000 feet above Midtown Manhattan, the mixed hotel and residential tower has already begun selling its units.
