Vegan • Gluten free • 1.5 hrs to make • Serves 2

Baking & Spices

2 tsp Kosher salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 envelope Yeast, instant dry

Oils & Vinegars

2 tbsp Olive oil

1 1/2 cups Water

    {pizza dough} Bobby Flay's recipe. I use this for Rosemary flatbreads - add about a Tbsp ground rosemary to the dry ingredients. (I didn't have ground rosemary, so I took regular dried rosemary and put it in my coffee grinder.) After the dough has risen for an hour, cut it up into balls and flatten them. Let it rest ~10 min and heat oven to 425. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt (I used coarse sea salt). Bake for ~15 min. They should be golden brown.
