Doubled the recipe, used 9 x 13 pan. Minus the m and coconut, used whole oats, added peanut butter, more rice crispies, extra honey and brown sugar... Topped with semi sweet chocolate chips and marshmallows. The wet ingredients tasted like the inside of a butterfinger candy bar.

Homemade Granola Bars- Omit coconut, rice crispies, and M&M's. Add almonds, Craisins, and chocolate chips. Replace butter with coconut oil. My go-to granola bar recipe!
