A Healthy Version of Chocolate Pudding that'll have everyone looking for more and not feeling guilty about it! one very ripe banana ½ cup plain Greek yogurt 2 T cocoa powder optional 1 T peanut butter Combine all ingredients in a mini food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Divide between 2 bowls and refrigerate until ready to serve. Can be served right away, but will firm up a bit if you refrigerate for at least an hour.
