How to Make PERFECT Hard Boiled Eggs in the Oven. This is a game changer people! 1.Preheat your oven to 325. Some of the posts I found said between 325-350. My eggs turned out perfect at 325. If you know your oven runs cooler, try out a higher temp. Otherwise, go for the 325. 2.Place eggs in a muffin tin to prevent them from rolling around. 3.Cook for 30 minutes. 4.After 30 minutes, remove eggs from oven &d place in a bowl of ice water to stop cooking processfor about 10 minutes.

I love this cooking process for hard boiled eggs... no green on the yolk! ~LK

Provides two ways of preparing hard-boiled eggs-one way is by not boiling them at all! I can never seem to boil eggs correctly, so I tried the second option of baking them in the oven and they turned out PERFECTLY. Baked at 325 for 30 minutes and just filled my sink with cold tap water and let them soak in there...without the "pinch of salt." Totally not necessary.

The Perfect Hard Boiled Egg: Oven at 325F. Eggs in standard muffin tin. Bake 30 minutes. Ice bath to cool. 03-30-13 Worked great. Of the 24 eggs we did, only 2 cracked and only minor (way better success for me than boiling). So easy to peel that my 2 year old did it on his own. Perfect texture and taste too. This is my new preferred method for 'boiling' eggs. So easy!
