Peanut Butter Granola with just 4 ingredients! Doesn't get any easier than this. Perfect for yogurt parfaits and granola bars.
5 ingredient granola bars.4 cups rolled oats 2 tablespoons chia seeds (these are optional, I just love the texture they give) 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts, chopped 3/4 cup natural peanut butter, melted 1/2 cup brown rice syrup (honey works too!) spead on greased 9x13 bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
