    EASY Crockpot Chicken & Stuffing Ingredients • 4 thawed chicken breasts • 6oz. package of Stove Top stuffing mix • 1/2 cup sour cream • 1 can of cream of chicken soup Only 4 ingredients! Awesome! First put your chicken in the crock pot. Pour the package of stuffing on top. Mix sour cream, soup, and 1/4 cup water in a small bowl. Pour the mixture over the top of the chicken and stuffing. Cook on LOW for 4 hours.

Mix 1/2 C. sour cream and 1 can cream of chicken soup with 1/4 Cup water the pour over chicken and stuffing. Cook low 4 hours.

Sour Cream Chicken - My review: this is a keeper recipe. Easy and fast to make. Only substiution I made is to use crushed french fried onions instead of the croutons (I didn't have any). I also just melted the butter and drizzled it over the crumbs (faster than "dotting" with butter). We liked the French fried onions so much that I'm unsure if we'll try it with the croutons :)
