Slow Cooker Sausage and Peppers~T~ These are a crowd pleaser , but have the napkins ready. You brown sweet sausage and some ground beef or turkey, then dump it into the crock with some fire roasted tomatoes, tomato sauce, sliced onion, sliced red and green bell pepper and cook on low for 5-7 hours. Toast some rolls and melt some Mozzarella on each and fill with the mixture. Yum.
