Crock Pot Teriyaki Chicken that does *not* use bottled teriyaki sauce! (Crock Pot / Slow Cooker) - This was quite good. DH really liked it. I don't know why I'm amazed that the sauce came out exactly the consistency that I think teriyaki sauce to be. Guess I'm just surprised that non-bottled sauce could be such a great texture.

One more thing I should make for my hunnie! CROCK POT TERIYAKI CHICKEN 12 boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 3 pounds) 3/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup soy sauce 6 tablespoons cider vinegar fresh ginger 3/4 teaspoon minced garlic 1/4 teaspoon pepper 4 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch 4 1/2 teaspoons cold water Hot cooked long grain rice @Ashlyn Terry Johnson

Crockpot teriyaki chicken. // I think I left the chicken on "Warm" after it had finished cooking for too long because it was a little dry. But the sauce drizzled over it was amazing. Great flavor for the chicken to disguise the dryness and was great over the rice as well.

Going to try this but modified. I don't have Herbs De Provence so I'm not sure what I will rub it with. I don't have red peppers so I'll layer the bottom with onion and carrots and stuff the bird with apples, carrots and onion. We'll see how it tastes.
