Spinach Stuffed Shells - In a large bowl, mix together ricotta, egg, spinach, mozzarella, italian seasoning, parmesan, salt pepper. Cover shells with remaining sauce, cover with foil and bake 40 minutes, uncover foil and bake 5 more minutes.
