I wrote a new novel with a main character inspired by Alanis. Mary Jane Chevalier is her name. She's a modern-day knight in the book, and a "sweet crusader" from Alanis's song "Mary Jane." She feels invisible while she does her good deeds, but kicks some serious butt throughout the story. :-) RKD

Thank U by Alanis.... my favorite song of ALL TIME! It was released this time of year in 1998 and I every time I heard the beginning piano part, I would choke up. I've seen her sing this song live 7 times, it's always her closing song and all 7 times, I cried.... oh, did I cry! She's my virtual best friend.

Alanis Morissette - Hands Clean | Finally, an Alanis song that sounds like a proper sequel to the blockbuster that Jagged Little Pill was. It's catchy music battling rock arrangement, no spiritual bullshit, no misguided experimentation. Read more: scarletscribs.wor...

Not 100 percent sure if this is what you REALLY want or if you think you're being kind, if it's the latter, believe me, you're profoundly mistaken.

Alanis Morrisette was cast as God at the end of the 1999 movie, DOGMA.

John Waite. We actually saw him at the mall the night before the concert and got his autograph!
