Healthy Chicken salad 1 1/4 cup plain, nonfat yougurt 1/2 cup grapes (cut in half) 1/2 cup apple (chopped) 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or almonds 2 cups cooked, chopped chicken. Mix yogurt, grapes, apples and nuts. combine chicken and yogurt mixture and place on top of salad.

Ingredients: 1 lemon, 1 orange, 1 large shallot, minced, ½ C olive oil, S, 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled or chopped, 4 dozen brussel sprouts shaves/sliced thinly, 1 C almonds-chopped, 1 C grated Pecorino-Romano cheese.
