It's easy for people to call me "fake"because of my implants. They occurred due to my overwhelming insecurities; my ex, My weight loss and breastfeeding my beautiful daughter. I'm proud of them now. Something I was uncomfortable with at first and have had to adjust to. But in the end I'm a woman. I love my shape and curves. Definitely proud of my hard work. First workout of 2017 ✔️ I thought a @popsugarfitness Dance Cardio video would be easy. I was SO wrong 😰 At least I got something in! It's easy to slack off during the winter but just getting a little movement  in during the day will give you the mental and physical boost you need to  tackle your to-do list! I love to do a quick cardio circuit in the mornings  just to help me wake up. Try this one, even if you can only do it one time  through - small steps add up! Keep at it and work your way up to repeating  the circuit three times.  P.S. How cute is this sports bra?! I love the colors...and the skinny (but  supportive)…

Highly recommend - low impact and beginner, but not too easy - best part there is no music, play your own as you work out. Only 30 minutes but you will feel like you've gotten a great workout!!

Do u prefer live workouts or working out @ home? I do spin & group ex workouts for my cardio mostly because it's fun & love it! I only ever go to the gym just to spend time w/ Mike. For strength training, home workouts are the best & u really don't need a whole lot to workout! U only need a light & heavy set..My biggest reason for preferring home workouts over the gym is to save time & w/o feeling like people are watching me.
