Cinnamon Rolls! These are way too easy and delicious. I don't put in the dried apricots and I have to leave out the pecans, my son does not like them. (can you imagine a child born in South Georgia and not liking pecans? Crazy I know!!)
Crab Cakes with Jalapeño Aioli Combine the jalapeño, lime juice, cilantro, breadcrumbs, egg, mayo, S&P-mix well. Gently fold in the crab meat. Using your hands, shape into six 3-inch cakes, about 1-inch thick and somewhat flattened on the top and bottom. Set a large 12-inch skillet over med-high heat ,add the butter and oil. When butter begins to foam, add as many crab cakes as will fit without crowding. Cook 2-3 minutes per side.
