This is true for me today...

Running on the beach=best thing ever this summer. Many people associate the beach with happiness. I want to associate exercise with happiness also. Quality time with myself :)

#0629 | to be able to say four miles is my short run

Last summer 3 was my short run. With this year being my half marathon year I am pretty sure at least 4 if not 6 will be my short run.

This is exactly how I feel about running.

10 mile run; The more I run the more I love my body. Not because it's perfect, far from it, but because with every mile it is proving to me that I am capable of more than I ever thought possible.

Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank.

This is so true. You can't lose weight and keep it off if you don't improve your diet. Can't out-exercise a Bad Diet!

No offense to the people who spend their whole paycheck on skinny wraps, shakes, meal plans, supplements, sensa, or whatever else...but this is still the best way to lose weight!!  No shortcuts people, AND its cheaper.
