One Pot Spicy Thai Noodles - these are SO good and so easy to cook up. Vegetarian recipe but options for added protein too!
Spicy Malaysian-Style Stir-Fried Noodles I probably make this 5-6 times a month. It's ridiculously good. Substitute green or napa cabbage if you can't find bok choy and baby portobello mushrooms if you don't want to spend the $$ on shiitakes.
Dragon Noodles. I made this with the full package of noodles, but with one tbsp of siracha and 2 tbsp of brown sugar and low sodium soy sauce. 2 eggs. This was super tasty, and not too spicy. Next time, I'm serving this with some asian glazed salmon! Yum!
