Pizza Casserole - made this for Michael, and he LOVED it :-D (we both did). I used potato noodles instead, but will try egg noodles next time. If you want a more potato/hearty pasta (which really is more like miniature potato clumps), use the potato noodles. (-;
Cupcake Pizzas ... better than bagel bites! An alternative to individual pizzas! Everyone makes their own pizza muffins. Love it! I agree with the suggestion on the site of pre-baking the dough a bit first to be sure it's not rawish still in the middle.
Loaded Baked Potato Casserole- hahaha, marinate the potatoes in olive oil but cook the chicken in bacon grease! Used frozen bacon bits, half of the potatoes. Baked potatoes two x 15 minutes, added chicken, 15 minutes, add cheese , three minutes. Not at 500. At 400* makes potatoes crispy.
