    Baked Avocado Salsa: 1 ripe Avocado, ¼ cup bread crumbs,* 1 garlic clove, minced, 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese, 1 Tbsp. basil, chopped, 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste, ¼ cups Roasted Garlic Tomato Salsa. Cut avocado in half & remove pit. Combine all ingreds. & divide between two avocado halves. Top with bread crumbs & bake @ 450 for 5 mins. (Make gluten-free by using gluten free bread crumbs!)
