Eat healthy and eat so much more! Everyone at work thinks I'm not eating, but I tell them I eat all the time and I eat a lot. This is why they don't believe me. Look at the amount of food I'd be eating if it was junk food.
This is how your plate should look --> 50% Leafy Greens & Crunchy Veggies 25% Whole Grains &/or Legumes 25% Lean Protein (palm sized) Sprinkle in some healthy fats, such as olive oil, avocado and nuts and you're all set.
