      Roasted Poblano Crema 1-2 poblano pepper, cut half & seeds removed 1/2 c crema, sour cream or Greek yogurt 1 glove garlic 1 green onion 1 handful cilantro 1/2 lime, juice & zest Broil pepper cut side down until the outer layer has blackened, 8-14 min. Put peppers in a zip-lock bag or other sealable container, seal & cool until you can handle them, 15-20 min. Remove the skins from the peppers.Puree everything. Use it for all Mexican dishes
